VYSTAR FINANCIAL FITNESS GIVEAWAY 2024

OFFICIAL RULES

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A total of 1 entrant will win the $4,500 prize by completing the entry form by March 31, 2024. Members will receive the funds transferred into their savings or checking account. Non-members will receive a Visa^® gift card. How to Enter: Enter by completing the online form on info4.vystarcu.org/fin-health-q1-2024. Limit one entry per entrant. Online entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. March 31, 2024 to be eligible for the drawing.

The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of VyStar Credit Union (The Sponsor). You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, all your submissions will be void.

Drawing will be held for one winner on or around 12 pm EST on April 15, 2024 from among eligible entries. You do not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified by email or phone. Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within two (2) days following the winner selection.

Odds: One (1) prize will be awarded. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants can enter one time during the contest period.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that VyStar Credit Union, anyone acting on behalf of VyStar Credit Union, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes. Employees of VyStar Credit Union, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Contest limited to legal residents of Florida and Georgia over the age of 18, and is void where prohibited by law.

Winner selection and notification: Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified via email or phone they entered the Sweepstakes with within two (2) days following the winner selection.

Winner’s List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: VyStar Marketing Department, Financial Fitness Giveaway 2024, 76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville Florida 32202. Requests must be received no later than October 15, 2024.
