Debt Payoff Challenge - Official Rules

OFFICIAL RULES - VyStar Debt Payoff Challenge 2026

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Five (5) entrants will win the $5,000 each by completing the entry form on this VyStar Debt Payoff Challenge page by April 30, 2026. Members will receive the funds transferred into their savings or checking account. Non-members will receive the funds via ACH credited to their account or through a printed check. How to Enter: Enter by completing the online form on this VyStar Debt Payoff Challenge page or by completing a write-in entry form. Limit one entry per entrant, whether online or write-in. Online entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. April 30, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. Alternatively, on a write-in entry form legibly print name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), and e-mail address (optional) on a 3" x 5" card and send it in a #10 stamped envelope to: VyStar Debt Payoff Challenge 2026, VyStar Marketing Department, 76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. All handwritten entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2026.

The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of VyStar Credit Union (“ Sponsor”). You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, all your submissions will be void.

Drawings will be held on or around 12 pm EST on May 13, 2026, from among eligible entries. You do not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified by email or phone. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified via phone or email they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) calendar days following the winner selection. If any of the potential Sweepstakes winners do not respond to notification attempts within forty-eight (48) hours, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Return of prize or prize notification message as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate will be selected. Non-Member winners who choose disbursement by written check assume the risk of loss or tampering once the check is mailed.

Odds: Five (5) prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants can enter one time during the contest period.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest you understand that VyStar Credit Union, anyone acting on behalf of VyStar Credit Union, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. Additionally, by participating in this drawing, you give VyStar Credit Union permission to contact you by email at the address you provide to promote its products and services. You may opt-out of these email contacts by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email promotion.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this sweepstakes and not to Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google.

Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes. Employees of VyStar Credit Union and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Contest limited to legal residents of Florida and Georgia over the age of 18 and is void where prohibited by law.

Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email or phone they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) calendar days following the winner selection via the telephone number or email address provided on their sweepstakes entry.

Winner’s List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: VyStar Marketing Department, Winners - VyStar Debt Payoff Challenge, 76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Requests must be received no later than July 31, 2026.

Liability Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants (and winners) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

Modification/Cancellation: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: The Sweepstakes is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating, entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate court located in Duval County, Florida.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to VyStar Credit Union’s Privacy Policy, available on its website at vystarcu.org/privacy-statement. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Full Release of Claims: By accepting a prize, the Winner (and his/her representatives) agrees to release and hold the Sponsor and all related parties harmless from any and all liability or injury occurring in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
