Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entrants may enter to win a replica FSU men's basketball jersey valued at approximately $80. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the QR Code available at the Florida State University Military Appreciation Men's Basketball Game by January 6, 2024.

The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of VyStar Credit Union. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your entry will be invalid.

Drawing will be held at or around 9 am EST on January 8, 2024. You do not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified by email or phone by 11am on January 12, 2024. Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection.

Odds: One (1) prize will be awarded from among eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants can enter one time during the contest period.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that VyStar Credit Union, anyone acting on behalf of VyStar Credit Union, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. Additionally, by participating in this drawing, you give VyStar Credit Union permission to contact you by email at the address you provide to promote its products and services. You may opt-out of these email contacts by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email promotion.

Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes. Employees of VyStar Credit Union and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Contest limited to legal residents of Florida and Georgia over the age of 18, and is void where prohibited by law.

Winner selection and notification: Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified within five (5) calendar days following the winner selection via the telephone number or email address provided on their sweepstakes entry.

Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: VyStar Marketing Department, 76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Requests must be received no later than March 31, 2024.
