Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entrants may enter to win the ‘Ultimate Jumbo Shrimp Fan Experience’, total prize package valued of $2,220. This includes twenty (20) suite tickets ($60 value of each ticket; combined value of $1,200), two (2) parking passes ($10 value of each parking pass; combined value of $20) to a Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp home game at the VyStar Ballpark, in Jacksonville, Florida on September 13, 2025. The Ultimate Jumbo Shrimp Fan Experience suite tickets include food and non-alcoholic beverages (valued at $500), Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp swag items (valued at $500) and a visit from the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp mascot. The winner will also receive the opportunity to throw out the first pitch and have their name announced in stadium. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this Sweepstakes site found at Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp games through the 2025 season. Requests can begin to be received on May 23, 2025, and must be received no later than August 27, 2025, no later than 11:59 p.m.

The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of VyStar Credit Union (“the Sponsor”). You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, all your entries will be invalid.

Drawings will be held at or around 9 a.m. EST on September 2, 2025. You do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified by email or phone by 9 a.m. on or around September 3, 2025. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via phone or email to the information they entered in the Sweepstakes within two (2) days following the winner selection and confirmed within forty eight (48) hours from date winner was notified via email or phone. If any of the potential Sweepstakes winners do not respond to notification attempts within forty eight (48) hours, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Return of prize or prize notification message as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate will be selected.

Odds: One (1) prize will be awarded from among eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants can enter one time during the contest period.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this contest you understand that VyStar Credit Union, anyone acting on behalf of VyStar Credit Union, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. Additionally, by participating in this drawing, you give VyStar Credit Union permission to contact you by email at the address you provide to promote its products and services. Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes. Employees of VyStar Credit Union and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Contest limited to legal residents of Florida and Georgia over the age of 18 and is void where prohibited by law.

Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified within two (2) calendar days following the winner selection via the telephone number or email address provided on their sweepstakes entry.

Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: VyStar Marketing Department, Ultimate Jumbo Shrimp Fan Experience, 76 South Laura Street, Jacksonville Florida 32202. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2025.
