6- Account holder can request up to two (2) fee refunds per account, not per account holder, during a single calendar year (January 1 – December 31). The following fees are eligible for this benefit: Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), Courtesy Pay, Returned Check – Two Party Check, Official Check, Stop Payment, Dormant/Inactive Account and the VyStar+ Checking monthly fee. This benefit does not roll over to the next year. Benefit runs from January 1 – December 31 each calendar year that your VyStar+ Checking Account is open and in good standing. Fee must occur on the VyStar+ account that is being requested for refund and credit will be applied to same VyStar+ account.

Benefits are available to personal checking account owner(s) and their joint account owner(s), subject to the terms and conditions for the applicable Benefits. Benefits are available to non-publicly traded businesses and their business owner(s) listed on the account but are not available to employees or authorized signers who are not owners.
